Terms of Service

1. What LeasePrism is

LeasePrism is an information and outreach tool for car lease shoppers. We scan live dealer inventory near you, benchmark each car against real signed lease deals, and draft outreach emails to dealers (Scout). If you buy Concierge, we additionally send those emails from your connected mailbox and negotiate with dealers on your behalf, within limits you set.

LeasePrism is not a licensed car dealer, broker, or lender, and nothing here is legal or financial advice. Benchmark figures are derived from historical signed-deal data and current inventory listings — they are informational estimates, not a guaranteed price, quote, or offer from any dealer.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate identity information (name, email, phone) to use LeasePrism — we don't support anonymous searches, since outreach is sent under your name to real dealers. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Concierge guardrails

When you use Concierge, the following limits are enforced automatically and cannot be overridden by the negotiation agent:

• LeasePrism will never propose or accept a monthly payment above the walk-away ceiling you set.
• LeasePrism will never sign a lease, credit application, or any contract on your behalf.
• LeasePrism will never share your credit information, SSN, or financial account details with a dealer.
• The moment a dealer offers acceptable terms in writing, or asks you to sign, apply for credit, or leave a deposit, the thread is handed back to you — a human closes every deal, always.
• Every message sent or received is logged and visible to you in your dashboard. You can pause or stop any thread, or the whole engagement, at any time.

4. Payment

Each Scout or Concierge engagement is a one-time, per-engagement fee — there is no subscription. Pricing is shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. LeasePrism is currently in early access; prices shown at checkout are intentionally low during this period and are subject to change going forward — the price you're charged is always the price displayed at the time you check out, not a price shown earlier.

Because an engagement consumes real inventory-scan and negotiation work as soon as it starts, fees are generally non-refundable once a search has begun. If something went wrong on our end, email us — we handle those in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LeasePrism to harass, impersonate, or send false information to a dealer.
• Attempt to circumvent the Concierge guardrails described in Section 3.
• Use the service for any car, dealer, or purpose unrelated to your own genuine lease search.
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or connected mailbox.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. No warranty

LeasePrism is provided "as is." We work to keep benchmark data and inventory accurate and current, but dealer pricing, availability, and lease programs change constantly and are outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific savings, outcome, or that a dealer will respond to or honor any outreach.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeasePrism's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a dealer interaction, offer, or lease you enter into.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
